Hundreds of Firefighters to Be Hired!

If you were Lucky enough to be selected for the LA County written test and passed to move on in the hiring process.  You don't want to waste an opportunities as you head to your oral board . 

Since one-hundred percent of your score to get hired for LA County is in the oral board it’s time to get ready! Just a point or two one way or the other will make the difference in you going forward in the hiring process. Your goal is to score high enough in your oral board to make the cut to go forward in the hiring process.  The problem is too many candidates aren't ready for their oral board before they show up. I just finished taking the oral interview with LA City and wanted to write a quick note.

As you have said before oral board is the most important step in the process and the step that is least prepared for. Well I can support your statement. As I watched the recording of my score (reading upside down) I noticed 60's and 70's on the scores of those that interviewed before me. I would assume there were about 25 names on the sheet prior to mine. Again the methods you teach do work. Thanks again for your help Rich

Many of our candidates have scored high enough to go forward in the LA County hiring process.  Some had few if any previous oral board experience.  At first their buddies with far more credentials, experience and years of testing didn't believe them.  Then they were angry because it wasn't them going forward.  What ever happened to "Good Luck to All?"
