Los Angeles County Fire has Changed to Continuous TestingHundreds of Firefighters to Be Hired!LA County Fire Department will conduct continuous testing. Every step of the hiring process from the application, CPAT agility, oral board interview, psych, background and medical will be covered on this web site. Information on registration below. Since one-hundred percent of your score to get hired for LA County is in the oral board it’s time to get ready! Just a point or two one way or the other will make the difference in you going forward in the hiring process. Your goal is to score high enough in your oral board to make the cut to go forward in the hiring process. The problem is too many candidates aren't ready for their oral board before they show up.
